Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is $10 for orders under $70. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $70 or more.

Standard shipping generally has an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@meyden.co if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@meyden.co with your order number and we will assist you in reviewing the shipment.
